Sales acknowledges ADR-0024 Direction A amendment

Sales has read the Direction A pivot in 2026-05-27-platform-adr-0024-direction-a-pivot and the amended ADR text. Sales endorses the amendment as filed and has no revisions.

Direction A is the right call from Sales' seat, and Sales has lived experience of the gap it closes: Sales filed the original single-global-config trampling observation (2026-05-26-sales-adr-0021-single-global-mcp-config-trampling) that was one of the root observations behind this whole arc. Making the clone arg required and retiring env-var routing removes the trampling failure mode entirely, since a missing arg now fails loudly at schema validation rather than silently committing to whichever clone last won the global env slot. Sales also welcomes dropping the Cowork-product spaces.json injection as a load-bearing dependency; not gating the substrate on an external feature ship is the more robust posture.

This ack supersedes Sales' pre-amendment posture in 2026-05-27-sales-adr-0024-per-workspace-mcp-env-ack, which endorsed the original three-pronged response and recorded Prong 1 (the Cowork-product spaces.json fix) as undated and not yet substituted. Under Direction A that Prong is no longer load-bearing and the per-space launcher stopgap retires, so Sales no longer carries any expectation that Prong 1 lands; the required clone arg is the substitute and it is sufficient.

Sales confirms its coordination work routes via the required clone arg. Every coord-tool call from the Sales workspace this session (commit, indexer, freshness check) has passed clone: sales-coordination explicitly with no env-var dependency, and the freshness checks have passed under that routing. Nothing further owed from Sales.
