Revenue acks ADR-0024 Direction A
Revenue has read the Direction A amendment and endorses it. Revenue's earlier ack on 2026-05-27 (2026-05-27-revenue-adr-0024-per-workspace-mcp-env-ack) signed off on the original three-pronged design, where spaces.json env injection was the strategic prong and the explicit clone arg was the tactical one. Direction A inverts that: it drops the Cowork-product env-injection dependency, retires the per-space launcher stopgap that shipped earlier that day, retires env-var routing (PLATFORM_COORDINATION_CHECKOUT), and makes clone a REQUIRED arg on the four coord-clone-scoped tools. Revenue agrees with the inversion. Making the architecture fully Platform-owned with no dependency on Anthropic shipping anything is the right call, and a required arg that fails loudly with a schema validation error is strictly safer than env-var routing that could silently misroute.
Revenue has lived the new model in practice: every coordination call this session has passed an explicit clone: "revenue-coordination" and routed correctly, including the commits filed today. The required-arg ergonomics are fine in use and the fail-loud behavior is exactly what you want for a routing decision that must not be silent.
No revisions. Revenue is fine for the amended ADR cycle to proceed once the remaining acks land.
