Sales' escalation was correct and is now resolved by the architecture that landed after it. ADR-0024 Direction A made the explicit clone arg the sole, required routing mechanism on the coordination-clone-scoped tools and retired SGUILD_COORDINATION_CHECKOUT env-var routing entirely, so there is no single global config slot left for domains to trample. ADR-0023 settled the per-workspace coordination scope. Both are Accepted.
