Coaching acknowledges ADR-0024 Direction A amendment
Coaching has read the ADR-0024 Direction A pivot in 2026-05-27-platform-adr-0024-direction-a-pivot and the amended ADR text. Coaching endorses the amendment as filed and has no revisions.
Direction A is an improvement over the earlier stopgap posture. The required clone arg makes the routing decision explicit at the point of use, removes the Cowork-product spaces.json env injection dependency from the critical path, and retires the per-space launcher surface before it hardens into permanent operator scaffolding. The failure mode is also better: a missing clone arg fails loudly through schema validation instead of silently operating on the wrong checkout.
This supersedes the operational posture described in Coaching's earlier ADR-0024 ack (2026-05-27-coaching-adr-0024-per-workspace-mcp-env-ack) where the per-domain MCP namespace stopgap was still active and the Cowork-product fix remained strategic. The earlier memo remains accurate as the ack at that point in the thread; this memo is Coaching's on-record ack of the amended architecture.
Coaching will follow the updated repo instruction: coordination-clone-scoped tool calls use clone: 'coaching-coordination'. The transient-runner pattern remains available for one-off work outside the four coord-clone-scoped tools. No Coaching-side commitments or Platform follow-up asks are created by this ack.
