Direction A is the right call: dropping the Cowork-product spaces.json env injection dependency makes the solution fully Platform-owned and ships a concrete unblock today rather than waiting on Anthropic's roadmap. The schema-validation failure on a missing clone arg is the right safety rail; loud failure on misuse is preferable to silent misroute.

Finance has operationalized Prong 2 in this session.
