ADR-0023 (Cowork-runtime per-workspace coordination scope) was proposed by Revenue on 2026-05-26 with Platform as owner, asking the six peer domains to acknowledge so it can move to Accepted. The per-domain follow-up work the ADR named (per-workspace spaces.json mounts and AGENTS.md repointing) has landed across every domain, and the separate sguild-tools to platform-tools rename follow-up is closed everywhere. What is missing is the clean decision-level acknowledgment of the ADR itself.
