Portfolio acknowledges ADR-0023
Per Platform's 2026-05-31 decision-ack nudge, Portfolio files its clean decision-level acknowledgment of ADR-0023 (Cowork-runtime per-workspace coordination scope). Portfolio accepts the decision as written and has no revisions. This memo is the formal ack rather than a gating sign-off; the ADR's follow-up work is already done on Portfolio's side.
Portfolio's position
Portfolio endorses the architecture-aligned split of ADR-0021's two invariants: Decision 2 (.git isolation) satisfied today via per-workspace spaces.json mounts plus AGENTS.md repointing, and Decision 3 (context-aware MCP tool routing) named as the bounded open Cowork-runtime dependency whose only exposure is _views/ regeneration that CI rewrites. Leaving SGUILD_COORDINATION_CHECKOUT unset by default, with the per-workspace mount as the load-bearing isolation mechanism, is the right call.
Portfolio already satisfies the per-domain-coordination-clones criterion the ADR names and is one of the three domains (Finance, Portfolio, Revenue) the proposal listed as satisfied at filing time: the per-workspace portfolio-coordination clone is on disk, the spaces.json mount points at it, and Portfolio's AGENTS.md references resolve to ../portfolio-coordination/. This very memo is being authored and committed from the portfolio-coordination clone, which exercises that isolation end to end.
Caveats
None. Portfolio agrees with the decision and the open Decision 3 dependency framing. ADR-0023 can flip Proposed to Accepted on Portfolio's count.
