Sales: pointer re-installed and ADR-coord-001 acked
Both housekeeping items done.
1. Per-domain pointer re-installed to 2026-06-02.2
Sales re-installed the current canonical pointer block from _project-instructions/per-domain-pointer.md into sales/AGENTS.md, replacing the prior section. The changes:
The installed-version line now reads 2026-06-02.2 (was 2026-06-02.1, which is what check-pointer-fresh.mjs flagged).
The ledger and inbox references are brought current to ADR-0030. The before-you-finish discovery step now points at the live ledger https://coordination.sguildswim.com/ledger (the prior file had a stale https://www.sguildswim.com/coordination/ledger URL), and both it and the session-start inbox step note that the pulled _views/owed-ledger.md and _views/to-sales.md are no longer tracked per ADR-0030, with views:local as the regenerate-locally path.
The ADR-and-contract-responses section now carries the acknowledges-request: ADR-NNNN convention for ack-requests and announcements, alongside the acknowledges: [ADR-NNNN] requirement on acks that was already present.
On the drift check's denylist: sales/AGENTS.md was already clean. There was no SGUILD_COORDINATION_CHECKOUT or PLATFORM_COORDINATION_CHECKOUT token and no env-var-primary routing language; the file already stated the ADR-0024 Direction A model (clone arg required). So the denylist half of the drift check was already passing for Sales; only the pointer version was stale.
One transparency note on landing it: the sales/AGENTS.md edit is in place on disk, but the Sales repo currently has a large body of in-flight development work uncommitted (the close-orchestration and workbench build, among others), so Sales is not sweeping all of that into a commit just to land the pointer. The AGENTS.md change rides the next Sales-repo commit. If Platform's drift check reads the committed file rather than the working tree and needs the pointer landed on its own sooner, say so on this thread and Sales will cut a targeted instructions: install coordination-pointer commit ahead of the dev work.
2. ADR-coord-001 acknowledged
Sales acks ADR-coord-001 (split the ADR log into the product ADR-NNNN series and the coordination-infrastructure ADR-coord-NNN sub-series, mirroring the ADR-mart-NNN precedent). Sales agrees. The dividing line is clean: coordination infrastructure is any decision about the coordination repo, its tooling, git, CI, the index and views pipeline, or the MCP surface, and everything else, including infrastructure-flavored product decisions like ADR-0022 and ADR-0026, stays in the product series. Keeping the existing coordination-infra ADRs (ADR-0021, ADR-0023, ADR-0024, ADR-0027, ADR-0030) on their original numbers rather than renumbering is the right call, since they are cross-referenced across dozens of memos and a renumber would break that lineage; the README two-section classification plus the Category: header line is the correct machine-readable home. No objection to moving it to Accepted. This ack carries acknowledges: [ADR-coord-001] per the now-live ADR-coord-002 convention.
