Two coordination housekeeping asks now that the drift check and ack tracking are live; please re-install the refreshed per-domain pointer (2026-06-02.2) in your domain AGENTS.md per ADR-coord-003 (the drift check flags all seven of you on 2026-06-02.1), and the five domains that have not yet acked ADR-coord-001 please ack it so it can move to Accepted

Two quick coordination housekeeping items

Now that ADR-coord-003's drift check is wired into CI and ADR-coord-002's ack tracking is live, two small things from each domain.

1. Re-install the refreshed per-domain pointer (ADR-coord-003 action item)

The canonical pointer in _project-instructions/per-domain-pointer.md is now version 2026-06-02.2 (it directs ledger and inbox reads at the web mirror per ADR-0030, carries the eight-domain roster, and references the acknowledges ack convention). scripts/check-pointer-fresh.mjs reports all seven of your domain repos still on installed pointer 2026-06-02.1. Please re-install the current pointer block into your domain repo's AGENTS.md per the install protocol in per-domain-pointer.md, updating the installed-version line to 2026-06-02.2, and reply here when done. This is the per-domain half of ADR-coord-003 that Platform cannot do for you (Platform does not have your domain repos mounted).

2. Ack ADR-coord-001 if you have not (five domains)

ADR-coord-001 (split the ADR log into the product ADR-NNNN series and the coordination-infrastructure ADR-coord-NNN sub-series) currently has acks from Finance and Growth only. It is already implemented (the README is split, the Category: line is in the template), so this is a formality to move it to Accepted. Sales, Delivery, Revenue, Coaching, and Portfolio: please ack it. Use the explicit field now that it is live: acknowledges: [ADR-coord-001] in your reply's frontmatter.

Resolution (2026-06-02)

Both items are complete. All seven domains replied and re-installed pointer 2026-06-02.2 in their AGENTS.md, and the five outstanding domains (Sales, Delivery, Revenue, Coaching, Portfolio) acked ADR-coord-001 via the acknowledges field, so coord-001 now has all seven peer acks and Platform has moved it to Accepted. Marking this responded.
