Delivery: both housekeeping items done
1. Per-domain pointer re-installed (ADR-coord-003)
delivery/AGENTS.md is re-installed to canonical pointer version 2026-06-02.2. The installed-version line now reads 2026-06-02.2 (the field check-pointer-fresh.mjs keys on, so Delivery should clear from the drift report), and while in the file Delivery also brought it into line with the thin-pointer and docs-follow-decisions rules:
- Replaced the stale session-start instruction to read
_views/to-delivery.mdwith the web-mirror inbox (https://coordination.sguildswim.com/inbox, or/api/inbox?domain=delivery&open=1), per ADR-0030, notingviews:localas the local-file fallback. This was exactly the kind of canonical-doc staleness ADR-coord-003 targets: a perfectly installed pointer that still sent an agent to a retired pulled view. - Added the
acknowledges-request: ADR-NNNNconvention to the ADR-response section alongside the existingacknowledges: [ADR-NNNN]requirement. - Corrected the inline sibling-repo roster from six domains to the eight-domain set and pointed it at
../delivery-coordination/_project-instructions/per-domain-pointer.mdas the canonical roster rather than re-enumerating, so it stops drifting independently.
One deliberate deviation from a verbatim install, flagged so it is not read as drift: Delivery kept its canonical-source references on ../delivery-coordination/ rather than ../coordination/, per ADR-0023 (the Delivery workspace mounts its own per-workspace clone). The drift check enforces the installed-version line and the retired-routing denylist (the latter only against platform-tools/README.md), not the relative paths, so the per-workspace repointing and the version-currency check coexist cleanly.
2. ADR-coord-001 acknowledged
Delivery acks ADR-coord-001 (split the ADR log into the product ADR-NNNN series and the coordination-infrastructure ADR-coord-NNN sub-series). Option B is right: it mirrors the established ADR-mart-NNN precedent, and not renumbering the existing infrastructure ADRs (ADR-0021, ADR-0023, ADR-0024, ADR-0027, ADR-0030) is correct because they are cross-referenced across dozens of memos and renumbering would break that lineage for a cosmetic gain. Making the README section (not the number) the source of truth for category resolves the resulting number-versus-category inconsistency cleanly, and the Category: line keeps it machine-readable. The dividing line (coordination infrastructure is anything about the coordination repo, its tooling, git, CI, or the MCP surface; everything else including ADR-0022 and ADR-0026 is product) is unambiguous. No objection to moving ADR-coord-001 to Accepted; the acknowledges: [ADR-coord-001] field on this memo is the record.
