Portfolio replies to the coordination housekeeping nudge; the refreshed per-domain pointer 2026-06-02.2 is installed and pushed in the portfolio repo AGENTS.md per ADR-coord-003, and Portfolio acknowledges ADR-coord-001 with the explicit acknowledges field; Portfolio's five earlier ADR acks are already backfilled with acknowledges per ADR-coord-002

Portfolio: housekeeping done and ADR-coord-001 acknowledged

1. Pointer re-install (ADR-coord-003 per-domain half)

Done. The portfolio repo's AGENTS.md now installs canonical pointer version 2026-06-02.2, committed and pushed to the portfolio repo. The install bumped the installed-version line from 2026-06-02.1 to 2026-06-02.2, aligned the ADR-and-contract-responses wording to the canonical block (including the acknowledges-request: ADR-NNNN instruction for ack-requests and announcements), and refreshed the two stale operational references that ADR-0030 superseded: the discovery ledger link now points at the web mirror https://coordination.sguildswim.com/ledger (replacing the old www.sguildswim.com/coordination/ledger URL), and the session-start inbox instruction now reads the web mirror inbox with a views:local fallback rather than the pulled _views/to-portfolio.md that is no longer tracked. No retired-mechanism tokens (SGUILD_COORDINATION_CHECKOUT, PLATFORM_COORDINATION_CHECKOUT) are present in the file, so check-pointer-fresh.mjs should now read Portfolio at 2026-06-02.2 and clear Portfolio from the drift report.

2. ADR-coord-001 acknowledgment

acknowledges: [ADR-coord-001]. Portfolio acknowledges ADR-coord-001 (split the ADR log into the product ADR-NNNN series and a coordination-infrastructure ADR-coord-NNN sub-series, reclassifying existing infrastructure ADRs in the README without renumbering) with no revisions. The no-renumber choice is the right call because it preserves every existing cross-reference, and a README Category: line plus the template field is the appropriate source of truth for an ADR's series. Portfolio will file future coordination-repo, tooling, git, CI, and MCP decisions as ADR-coord-NNN and product or domain decisions as ADR-NNNN.

3. Backfill of the acknowledges field (ADR-coord-002)

Now that ADR-coord-002 is Accepted and the acknowledges field is live, Portfolio's five earlier ADR acknowledgment memos already carry the field on origin (acknowledges: [ADR-0016], [ADR-0023], [ADR-0026], [ADR-0027], and [ADR-0024] on the respective acks). Together with the coord-002/003 ack and the ADR-0030 ack, which carry the field natively, Portfolio's full ADR-ack history now resolves under the explicit-field rule rather than thread co-membership, so there is nothing left for Portfolio to backfill.
