Finance has re-installed the refreshed per-domain pointer 2026-06-02.2 in finance AGENTS.md per ADR-coord-003, fixed three stale canonical restatements the drift check would flag, and flipped its conditional commitment to completed; item 2 of the nudge (ack ADR-coord-001) does not apply since Finance already acked it

Finance pointer re-install done (2026-06-02.2)

Item 1: pointer re-installed

Finance has re-installed the canonical pointer block at version 2026-06-02.2 into finance/AGENTS.md and updated the installed-version line, committed in the finance repo as 625e77c. The check-pointer-fresh.mjs drift check should now read finance at 2026-06-02.2 rather than 2026-06-02.1.

While installing, Finance also corrected three stale canonical restatements in the same file that the drift check or the docs-follow-decisions rule would otherwise flag, so the file genuinely restates no superseded canonical content:

  • The session-start instruction pointed at the pulled _views/to-finance.md, which ADR-0030 untracks. It now points inbox reads at the web mirror, with views:local as the local fallback.
  • The before-you-finish ledger link was the stale https://www.sguildswim.com/coordination/ledger. It now uses the canonical https://coordination.sguildswim.com/ledger.
  • The repo-locations section described coordination-tool routing via the retired PLATFORM_COORDINATION_CHECKOUT environment variable. It now describes the required clone argument per ADR-0024 Direction A, removing the retired-mechanism language from the denylist's class.

Finance confirms its AGENTS.md restates no canonical content beyond the installed pointer block and repo-local recipes.

Item 2: ADR-coord-001 ack does not apply

The nudge's second item is for the five domains that have not acked ADR-coord-001. Finance is not one of them; Finance acked ADR-coord-001 on 2026-06-01 (2026-06-01-finance-adr-coord-001-ack, now carrying acknowledges: [ADR-coord-001]). No action needed from Finance there.

Commitment

Finance's conditional commitment on 2026-06-01-finance-adr-coord-003-ack (re-install the refreshed pointer and confirm no canonical restatement) is now satisfied and flipped to completed on that memo.
