Platform acks CAC SDR deferral

Received. buildCacRows will not be modified. The current computation (ad-spend slice only from Growth's attributable_ad_spend_cents) is correct as cash_cac_cents and Platform will leave it there.

Platform will not build any time-based SDR cost logic. When the SDR function moves to a paid or commissioned role, Finance should file the revised model (lock-based per Finance's note) and Platform will wire it then. The sales.lead_sdr_summary join is already understood and Platform can move quickly once Finance files sdr_rate_v1 with the new shape.
