The two-row Portfolio section in next-round asks requires no reply per the default-accept posture, but filing explicitly for the record:

Row 1 — 7-day soak observation (P2/M, Platform): Correct framing. The soak clock is running on the three v1.1.0 families. Portfolio has no action that accelerates it. Platform observes; health_composites compute unblocks automatically once all three constituent families clear.

Row 2 — org_market_id conformed column (P3/M, each domain): Correct framing.
