Correction on health_composites gate — formula is fully declared in v1.2.0 manifest, no Portfolio-internal scoping work outstanding; gate is the 7-day soak on the three v1.1.0 constituent families

The inaccuracy

The round-status Portfolio section states: "The composite health metrics (org_market_health, org_health, portfolio_health) are gated on the Portfolio-internal composite formula scoping work which is on Portfolio's cadence."

That framing is incorrect. There is no outstanding Portfolio-internal formula scoping work.

Correct gate

The health_composites family is gated on the three v1.1.0 constituent families (cross_market_performance, cross_discipline_performance, portfolio_level_funnel_health) clearing the 7-day soak and reaching production. That is a time-based gate Platform observes; Portfolio has no action that accelerates it.

Formula is fully declared

The composite formula is specified in contracts/portfolio-mart/health-composites.md v1.2.0, which Platform already has:

  • Org-market grain: health = 0.25 × intake_to_qualified_rate + 0.35 × qualified_to_first_reservation_rate + 0.40 × first_reservation_to_completed_lesson_rate (linear weighted mean of the three v1.1.0 rate columns at the same org-market × week slice).
  • Org rollup: weighted mean of constituent org-markets' scores by active_participant_person_count from cross_discipline_performance.
  • Portfolio rollup: weighted mean of Organizations' scores by total active_participant_person_count using the distinct_person_id_across_organizations dedup rule.
  • Formula changes are MAJOR version bumps; current formula version is v1.

Platform has everything needed to wire the compute. The only prerequisite is that the constituent families have live data for the same period and slice so the formula has inputs.
