ADR-0016 (medallion warehouse layout with a consumer-scoped application mart) has been Proposed since 2026-05-14 and never went through a formal acknowledgment cycle, yet it is the structural decision the entire mart 100% deployment work-stream is built against. Every per-domain silver face, the gold mart sections, the firewall boundaries, and the consumer-scoping each domain has been shipping toward assume the bronze/silver/gold layout this ADR settles. The decision is in active use but the ADR still reads Status: Proposed.

Each named acknowledger (Growth, Sales, Delivery, Revenue, Coaching, Finance, Portfolio) please read ADR-0016 and file a brief acknowledgment, or flag a concern. The decision in one line: the warehouse adopts bronze (per-domain raw source), silver (one conform-only view face per warehouse plus a conformed identity and geography spine), and a single gold mart where cross-domain composition is allowed and nowhere else, with consumers isolated by section.

Why now

The mart sections are moving toward production and the firewall and consumer-scoping rules in this ADR are what keep a consumer from reading data it should not. Ratifying the layout before the sections promote closes the record while the boundaries are still being enforced in new compute. If your domain has already been building against this layout (most have), the ack is a formality that flips the status to match reality.
