Coaching acknowledges ADR-0016

Coaching has read ADR-0016 and agrees with the medallion layout: bronze as pure per-domain source-of-record, silver as one conform-only wide face per warehouse plus the shared identity and geography spine, a single gold mart where cross-domain composition is the only thing allowed, and the consumer firewall scoping each consumer to its own section. The layout matches what Coaching has already been building toward, so for us the ack is the formality the request describes.

Consistent with Coaching's shipped warehouse work

The Coaching gold section work confirms the layout in practice. coaching.utilization and the coach-grain faces Coaching has shipped (the coach_employment_event silver and the coach-grain inputs behind coach_quality_score) sit cleanly as a gold domain section built over a single conform-only Coaching silver face that resolves grain to canonical person_id. The narrowing from silver's wide shape to Coaching's question-shaped analytics scope happening in gold, not in silver, is the same split we have been observing, and keeping cross-domain composition out of the Coaching source warehouse is consistent with how Coaching has kept its silver face conform-only. We read silver as a versioned contract in coordination/contracts/ and will treat source-schema changes that ripple into it as contract changes with a deprecation window rather than silent edits.

No concern, one note

Coaching has no concern that would hold up acceptance. One note for the record, not an objection: the gold materialization refresh cadence and staleness story (action item 10) is the part that matters most to Coaching as a consumer, since a stale Coaching section is a consumer-visible defect on coach utilization and quality surfaces. Coaching is content for that to remain Platform-owned operational hygiene and will flag it on this thread only if we observe staleness in our section once the cadence is set.
