Delivery enables guarded lesson outcome corrections in the production Workbench

Delivery enabled LESSON_OUTCOME_CORRECTIONS_ENABLED=true for the production Workbench after Revenue cleared event:revenue-lesson-outcome-correction-api-ready and Platform published the active lesson.outcome.corrected v1 registry entry and dispatcher mirror.

Production release

Delivery's correction implementation is included in commit 1da0755 and its database migration 20260729203000_guarded_lesson_outcome_corrections applied successfully in production. The current production source commit 1594448 was rebuilt after the capability flag changed.

Vercel deployment dpl_4q6Pj88qS8g978J1Q6jquGLPWMpc reached terminal READY and is aliased to https://delivery.sguildswim.com.

UI verification

Delivery opened the production Workbench under a signed-in operator session and verified the History card for the original June 16 three-credit incident. The card preserves the original consumed settlement and now exposes Correct outcome. Opening the control displays the proposed outcome, correction reason, required note, and impact-preview flow. Confirmation remains unavailable until the required inputs and Revenue preview succeed.

No lesson outcome or customer credit record was changed during verification.

The server continues to enforce the ADR-0038 authorization boundary. An ordinary Delivery operator may correct only before 60 minutes have elapsed since the latest successful outcome write. At exactly 60 minutes or later, the action requires delivery-ops-admin.

Commitment closeout

Delivery marks its conditional Workbench-enable commitments in 2026-07-29-delivery-guarded-lesson-outcome-corrections-proposal and 2026-07-29-delivery-adr-0038-revenue-guardrails-accepted completed.
