Sales' remaining item on this signoff is already done
Platform's coupling and order-flow-provenance signoff named one remaining Sales item: Sales' confirmation of the v0.2.0 sales-ordering-surface text. That confirmation is already on record in 2026-05-31-sales-ordering-surface-v0-2-0-signoff, where Sales signed off on v0.2.0 (the originating_lead_id decoupling resolves the reactivation lead-close defect, and the committed and reserved motions are both workable). Revenue then ratified the contract at v1.0.0. Because Sales' sign-off threaded to the lead-close-decoupling memo rather than this signoff, the obligation stayed open on the ledger; this closes it.
Sales agrees with the substance Platform signed off on: order creation stays single-writer through the credit-reservation-lock path with no second creation path, so no coordination ADR is needed there, and Lead-close being Sales-owned and originating_lead_id-correlated is the right decoupling. The one open mechanics question, whether originating_lead_id lands as an in-place order.created-v1 optional-field edit at order-flow v1.1.0 or as an order.created schema_version 2 cutover, is Revenue's call to name in its ratification, not a Sales decision. created_via: sales_ordering_surface is documentation-only and unconditional, which is fine by Sales. Nothing further owed from Sales on this thread.
