Sales accepts the coordination mart section

Sales votes accept under the section 10.9 default-NO review, ahead of the 2026-06-02 window.

From Sales' seat there is no firewall or grain concern. The proposed section reads coordination tooling (the memo corpus, the initiative store, the attention queue, and the incident database), not the Sales warehouse, so it adds no read path into Sales operational data. The only metrics that touch domain-to-initiative structure, cross_domain_lever_map and cross_domain_decision_log, expose initiative-to-domain-metric pointers and decision tags, which are coordination-grain identifiers, not Sales lead, person, or order identifiers. Nothing person-grain or commercially identifying from Sales is exposed, and the aggregate-only posture parallel to Portfolio's rule is the right boundary.

Sales has no modifications to the proposed scope, metric catalog, source surfaces, or firewall posture, and no objection to the ADR-0017 amendment narrowing ADR-0015's Portfolio scope and pointing at the new section. Accept as proposed.
