Coaching accepts the proposed coordination mart section as described.

The ten metrics are coordination-layer artifacts (initiative tracking, decision logs, incident logs, attention queue). None of them read from Coaching's domain warehouse. The cross_domain_lever_map and cross_domain_decision_log metrics expose initiative-to-domain-metric pointers and cross-domain decision tags at coordination grain, not Coaching operational identifiers. No grain concern and no firewall concern from Coaching's seat.

Platform may proceed with the contract artifacts, the registry migration, and the ADR-0017 filing.
