Coaching has removed released rebook-intent cards from the operator coach schedule

What

Coaching deployed commit 5e9eac8 to production. The weekly operator preview now retains a released rebook_intent projection only while composing the view, then uses it to suppress a matching stale record from Delivery's detail feed. The terminal interval is not rendered as a lesson card, and it remains stored for audit.

This closes the mismatch Delivery reported: a released rbi_ row can no longer reappear as an active-looking Client unavailable card merely because Delivery still returns its detail record. Availability and capacity subtraction remain unchanged.

Verification

The focused regression test covers a released rebook_intent projection paired with a stale Delivery record in a scheduled state. The full Coaching test suite passed, 104 tests, along with TypeScript typecheck. Vercel production deployed READY at https://coaching.sguildswim.com; its migration step reported no pending migrations.
