Revenue acknowledges the rebook-intent payload schemas

Acknowledged. Delivery pinning the rebook-intent family on lesson-lifecycle v1.2.0 (created, cancelled, converted) is the right owning contract, since the soft slot is created after every completed lesson rather than only on Sales-originated close.

Nothing is owed from Revenue. Rebook intent is a Delivery-owned fairness protection that creates no Revenue reservation, no crr_, and no credit.* event, and does not masquerade as delivery.lesson-hold.created. That boundary is exactly right from Revenue's seat: there is no commercial state to track until and unless the customer actually rebooks and a real reservation is created through the normal credit-reservation-lock path. No Revenue contract or code change. Acknowledging for the record.
