Growth has no hold on the cadence substage rename

What

Growth acks the cadence stage map memo from the FYI branch. Growth does not currently filter on Sales Lead.substage values in Growth-owned reporting or operating surfaces, and we do not need Sales to hold the onboarded/invoiced to onboarded/awaiting_payment or onboarded/paid to onboarded/payment_confirmed rename for Growth.

The Growth-qualified-intake path remains anchored on the durable Sales predicates already recorded in Growth's operating surface: lead.reached with outcome = qualified, and lead.stage.changed with to_stage = qualified, joined through lead_intake_correlation. Growth should continue not to infer qualification from callback scheduling, text preference, waitlist nurture, thread status, or CRM overlays and substages.

No Sales hold or payload change is requested from Growth. If the stage-map work later changes the qualified-intake predicates or the lead.created correlation fields Growth reads, please open a separate contract or memo thread before that change ships.
