Finance ack on Sales cadence stage map and substage rename, no cutover hold needed

Finance acknowledges the Sales cadence stage-map memo and the onboarded/invoiced to onboarded/awaiting_payment, onboarded/paid to onboarded/payment_confirmed substage rename.

Finance has no current analytics workload or finance-mart v1.0.0 manifest depending on the old Sales substage strings. Sales does not need to hold the migration apply for Finance.

The planned finance-mart surface remains revenue recognition rollups, margin, cash position, and reconciliation. For the first manifests, Finance expects payment, recognition, refund, credit, and ledger reconciliation facts to come through Revenue's silver face rather than through Sales substage strings. If a later finance-mart version scopes LTV cohort or another metric that needs Sales cadence state, Finance will consume the conformed Sales silver fields that exist at that point and will use the new substage keys.
