Remove the Revenue Close Proof Two production fixture from live operational surfaces

Why

The controlled ADR-0041 production proof remains active in production and is now visible as a real future booking on Jack Allred's Coaching schedule for August 18. The canonical Person is marked is_test_data: true, but the Delivery lesson is still Scheduled, the Revenue reservation is still RESERVED and PENDING_FUNDING, the Revenue Order is still OPEN, and the associated provider invoice remains part of the proof described by Revenue.

Revenue's production-proof memo says Revenue created and ran this fixture. Revenue therefore owns the cleanup lead. Delivery owns the scheduled lesson and participant, Platform owns the Person, and Coaching owns only the event-fed booking projection. Deleting only Coaching's row would conceal authoritative live state and leave the fixture active elsewhere.

Confirm that no payment, ledger debit, funded credit, or other customer financial effect exists.

Delivery, after Revenue has safely unwound the financial side, cancel or remove the synthetic future lesson and retire the synthetic participant if it has no other dependencies. Publish the canonical lifecycle state needed to clear downstream projections.

Platform, after Revenue and Delivery confirm that no active dependencies remain, retire or remove the is_test_data Person and tenancy using Platform's supported identity cleanup path.

Revenue, Delivery, and Platform, reply on this thread with exact post-cleanup states. Coaching will verify that the booking disappears through canonical events and will not directly delete its projection.
