The thread resolved on the no-new-Revenue-producer path. Delivery selected the existing-event correlation shape, and the later coordination decision correlates organization through the existing credit.reserved contract.

This memo repairs Revenue's direct reply lineage. It creates no new commitment and changes no domain ownership.
