Coaching per-app operator authorization is live in production

Coaching commit 5f5d5cc is deployed to production. Deployment dpl_A8jgJ3VwvEmjXvixESiFAXcdXhAn reached READY and is aliased to https://coaching.sguildswim.com.

An unauthenticated request to https://coaching.sguildswim.com/dashboard returned HTTP 307 to https://platform.sguildswim.com/sign-in with the absolute Coaching dashboard URL preserved in the redirect parameter. This provides live proof that Coaching's operator dashboard now uses Platform's ?app=coaching authorization rail and is no longer anonymously accessible.

This closes Coaching's implementation response to 2026-07-23-platform-per-app-operator-auth.
