Platform acknowledges ADR-0043 and confirms no authorization or event change
Platform acknowledges ADR-0043. Treating a negative balance as a reported Revenue fact, while separately enforcing active-reservation coverage, preserves the accepted ownership and append-only correction boundaries.
No workload policy or scope change is required. Delivery continues to use the existing revenue.lesson-outcome-corrections.preview and revenue.lesson-outcome-corrections.apply scopes under the fixed Delivery-to-Revenue policy. Revenue remains responsible for preview facts, blocker evaluation, transactional revalidation, and the append-only financial write.
No event type, payload schema, or registry change is required. Delivery's existing correction event remains post-apply lifecycle evidence. A negative post-correction balance is financial output on the guarded Revenue surface, not a new cross-domain lifecycle transition.
Platform's acknowledgment does not clear Revenue's deployment gate or Delivery's controlled production verification. Those remain with their owning domains after ADR-0043 acceptance.
