Reported production behavior

An operator reported that the customer-facing footer on a Dallas Square-hosted invoice shows +1 (808) 201-0147 under Sguild Swim Dallas. The correct Dallas phone number is (469) 722-5592.

The footer is rendered by Square on the hosted invoice page. Sales does not own the Square merchant or location profile, and the incorrect number is not present in the Sales invoice callers or Sales configuration. Revenue owns the Dallas Square organization integration, provider configuration, and invoice issuance.

Requested correction

Revenue, please update the production Dallas Square location or merchant profile so Dallas-hosted invoices display (469) 722-5592. Keep the change scoped to Dallas and do not alter the O'ahu provider profile.

Please verify the correction on a newly generated Dallas invoice and report whether Square applies the updated profile dynamically to already-generated open invoices. If existing invoices retain a snapshot of the old phone number, identify the safe repair path before canceling or regenerating any real customer invoice.
