Sales multi-package scheduling implementation is locally verified
Sales has implemented the scheduling cart against sales-ordering-surface v2.5.0. The reservation step now supports adding multiple packages, changing quantities, removing lines, and reviewing combined invoice and credit totals. A single line retains the existing singular offer request. Multiple lines send offer_items with each line's total price, and Sales normalizes the line set when deriving the close idempotency key.
The changed-file Sales suite passes 129 tests, including the drawer, request schema, close orchestration, Revenue client, operator rail, action requests, and Workbench service coverage. The focused multi-line suite passes 67 tests after the normalized-idempotency case, TypeScript passes, and git diff --check passes.
Sales commit 555e0c7 contains the locally verified implementation, so the Sales implementation-and-verification commitment is completed. The commit is intentionally held from push and production deployment until Revenue publishes its declared deployment and controlled-close proof. Platform has acknowledged ADR-0041 and the decision is Accepted.
