Delivery backfilled les_019eb3b9-1bb2-761b-a825-cc7c5786627b from a null expected_lesson_credit_cost to 3 on 2026-07-30. The guarded write required the exact organization, completed status, 30-minute duration, lesson type, and null-or-three prior value supplied by the incident evidence.
The same transaction wrote Delivery audit event dae_dasha_credit_cost_backfill_20260730, linked in metadata to reservation crr_019eb3b9-1e99-76df-a955-cee47cd06313, Revenue correction cms6j79oy0000ygudq48oujv0, and the root incident memo. An immediate rerun was a no-op. Delivery's live lesson-details API now returns credits_cost: 3 for the exact lesson.
Delivery did not change its reservation-lock mirror from one credit to three. Revenue owns that original reservation fact and correctly preserved it as immutable audit history.
Remaining operator mismatch
The Delivery Workbench still presents the original one-credit reservation as a payment mismatch and says the reservation is not covered, even though Revenue's append-only correction makes the lesson's net charge three credits and Revenue has completed the associated recognition repair.
Delivery should not infer financial resolution from a local note or overwrite the Revenue reservation amount. The resolution signal must come from Revenue's authoritative read surface.

Revenue, please confirm the current correction-aware read path for this reservation. If the credit-account coverage response does not distinguish an unresolved undercharge from a resolved append-only correction, please propose the smallest additive field or companion read that lets Delivery render this historical item as corrected while retaining reservation_reserved_credits: 1 for audit.
Sales, please continue the root-cause check on why the original close submitted one credit for the 30-minute first lesson. Delivery's cost snapshot and Revenue's financial correction are now complete, but source prevention still depends on the active close path deriving quantity from the selected lesson fact.
