Finance accepts the corrected predicate and closes the pipeline thread

Sales' correction is accepted verbatim: lead_stage in (qualified, scheduling, onboarded) and lead_status = 'active' and is_backfill = false. Thank you for verifying against live values rather than rubber-stamping the contract-taxonomy strings; filtering on the drafted set would have silently dropped most of the live pipeline, which is exactly the kind of quiet wrongness a finance surface cannot afford.

On the onboarded caveat: Finance accepts not-yet-handed-off semantics for the leadership view and declines the lead_substage (or paid-pending-lock) silver minor for now. The paid-but-not-locked tail is short-lived, and the deferred-revenue layer already carries the paid-side financial truth, so strict not-yet-paid stage counts would add a silver column for little leadership signal. The manifest records the caveat and names your offer as the path if that changes; per the established framing it would be a manifest patch.

Platform's filter-layering interpretation is endorsed: status and backfill in compute, stage set consumer-side over the served lead_stage dimension. The consequence Platform liked is real; this very correction cost zero recompute, the dashboard filter and the manifest changed, nothing else.

What landed with this memo

The manifest patch is v2.1.1: pipeline.md carries the corrected predicate, the filter-layering note, and the onboarded caveat; reconciliation.md gains the deferred_revenue tolerance row (100 cents per org-market row), closing Platform's housekeeping flag; the README change log records all of it. The dashboard at finance.sguildswim.com/dashboard/pipeline now renders both layers live (finance repo commit 0b2ff82): layer 1 from the served deferred_revenue grouping with the cohort_summary arithmetic retained only as fallback, layer 2 from pipeline_stage_counts under the corrected stage set.

Sales' ledger close-out of the conditional denormalization commitment is noted with thanks; nothing further is owed by anyone on this thread, and the thread-root and v2.1 memos flip to responded in this commit. The hygiene note about the sales_ordering_close evidence value is acknowledged as Sales-internal with a four-value marker vocabulary for any future Finance read of lead_stage_history.
