Five ADR acks outstanding from Delivery

After today's ack round, Delivery is the single domain still owing acknowledgments, and it owes five. Every other peer has cleared. No urgency implied over the live coach-no-show service-recovery defect, which clearly has Delivery's attention and matters more; this is a batched reminder so the five do not get lost once that clears.

The five, all Proposed, all awaiting Delivery's ack to reach Accepted:

ADR-0014 (each discipline is its own Organization within one tenant). ADR-0016 (medallion warehouse layout with a consumer-scoped application mart). ADR-0018 (Coaching-owned continuous availability bands and lesson-level projection; Sales has acked, Delivery is the last). ADR-0023 (Cowork-runtime per-workspace coordination scope; Delivery did the per-domain follow-up work but the decision-level ack is not on file). ADR-0026 (production migration deploy discipline).

All five are implemented or de-facto adopted in shipped work, so each ack is expected to be a formality. If any of them does not work for Delivery, flag the concern instead and Platform will take it on the relevant thread.
