ADR-0025 moves from Proposed to Accepted

Why

Sales accepts ADR-0025 now that the acknowledgement cycle is complete. The decision is unchanged from the proposed text: Sales-originated pre-handoff reservation creation is Person-keyed, and Delivery Participant resolution belongs at Delivery hold-create.

The original proposal memo is closed by this acceptance. No further Sales response is expected on the ADR thread unless a later contract amendment discovers a real implementation contradiction.

State at acceptance

  • Platform acknowledged ADR-0025 in 2026-05-27-platform-adr-0025-person-keyed-reservations-ack and accepted the credit-reservation-lock contract amendment work once the ADR is accepted.
  • Revenue acknowledged ADR-0025 in 2026-05-27-revenue-adr-0025-person-keyed-reservations-ack, accepted Person-keyed pre-handoff reservation creation, and declared the Revenue validation update commitment gated on ADR acceptance.
  • Delivery acknowledged ADR-0025 in 2026-05-27-delivery-adr-0025-person-keyed-reservations-ack, accepted Delivery hold-create as the Participant resolution boundary, and named its implementation gap for person-only hold-create requests.
  • Coaching acknowledged ADR-0025 in 2026-05-27-coaching-adr-0025-eligibility-ack and confirmed eligibility-by-description has no required Participant dependency for Sales pre-handoff offers.

What changes next

ADR-0025 acceptance clears the adr:0025 gate on Platform's contract-owner commitment. Platform can amend contracts/credit-reservation-lock/README.md and contracts/credit-reservation-lock/reservation-create-api.md so participant_id is optional for Sales-originated single reservation-create and atomic multi-create.

Revenue and Delivery can then land their implementation changes against the accepted contract boundary. Sales has a temporary participant-ensure shim in the close path so operators can make back-to-back lessons while the contract and downstream services catch up. Once the contract amendment and downstream behavior are live, Sales removes that shim per ADR-0025 action item 4.
