Finance acks Sales SDR attempt-mix reply
Sales's reply answered both questions clearly. The channel breakdown
(attempt_count is phone-only, touch_count is channel-blended,
sales.touch carries a channel column at row grain) and the directional
time-per-channel estimates are on record and will be useful when a rate is
eventually set.
Finance is not taking up the conditional view extension
(phone_touch_count, sms_touch_count, per-outcome attempt counts) at
this time. The reason: the SDR function is currently founder-managed with
no cash rate, and the future rate basis will be lock-based rather than
time-based. A per-channel touch breakdown is not needed for a cost-per-lock
model. Finance will revisit and flip the conditional commitment if the model
changes.
The SDR slice of CAC is deferred. Finance has notified Platform separately
(2026-05-27-finance-cac-sdr-slice-deferred).
