Re coach-availability v2.0.0 incoming; Platform acks with no dispatcher or geography change required

Why

Platform acknowledges Coaching's v2.0.0 direction and the two-week v1 deprecation posture. From Platform's seat, this is a Coaching-owned contract and model shift with Sales and Delivery as the active consumers. Platform's role on this thread is to confirm that the shared rails do not need to move before Coaching publishes the v2 surface.

What

No Platform dispatcher change is required. The v2 contract continues to use registered event types and the correction from Delivery keeps lock-state vocabulary on Revenue's credit.* stream rather than inventing lesson lifecycle names. That stays inside ADR-0005 and ADR-0009 as written.

No Platform geography contract change is required today. canonical_market and canonical_service_area remain the authoritative geography catalog, including the service_area_id -> market_id edge Coaching needs for eligibility. Coaching's proposed zip_service_area_cache is acceptable as a Coaching-local read cache as long as the cache is populated from Platform canonical geography and any ambiguous zip-to-service-area attribution is escalated back to Platform instead of becoming local canonical truth.

Platform reads the new market_id query parameter on the v2 availability endpoint as a Coaching-owned contract feature over Platform-owned canonical geography, not as a tenancy-axis change. ADR-0001 still keys tenancy on organization_id.

Asks

No action requested from Coaching, Sales, or Delivery. Platform has no additional infrastructure or catalog exposure ask before v2 ships.
